DMS Takes Thai Know-How to Norway & Brings Global Technology Home

Dexon Mechanical Solutions (DMS) joined the Offshore Northern Seas (ONS) conference in Norway this September, bringing their technical expertise and broad operational experience to share with and learn from professionals at one of the energy industry’s largest conferences.

Over four days, the team, represented by Patchara & Nareenat, met partners on and off the show floor to compare notes on where the industry is heading and talk through how new technology can be applied to inspection, maintenance and asset integrity work — especially for subsea pipelines and structures serving clients in Thailand and across Asia.

A few things came up again and again:

• Integrity Clamps for repairing and reinforcing subsea pipelines, often without a shutdown
• CP Retrofit Systems to hold off corrosion and extend structural life
• Mini powerful ROVs that cut the need for large-scale operations, making subsea inspection and maintenance faster, more flexible and less costly

On the subsea inspection side, DMS is focused on newer technologies and methods that give a more accurate picture of structural condition — data that then feeds into better maintenance planning and asset integrity decisions.

The team is also looking at splash zone solutions, where corrosion risk is highest and safe, efficient repair is hardest.

That's the thinking behind these partnerships: combine global technology with local expertise to build solutions that actually work in the field — less downtime, better safety, lower risk, longer asset life.

ONS 2026 was another step in growing that international network and strengthening what DMS, a subsidiary of Dexon Technology, can offer in mechanical solutions, subsea solutions and asset integrity.
